Soltec, Inc. respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the information you provide when completing the Soltec AI Readiness Assessment.
Information We Collect
When you complete the assessment, Soltec may collect information you voluntarily provide, including your name, business email address, company name, job title, and responses to assessment questions.
The assessment platform may also collect limited technical information necessary to operate and secure the service, such as IP address, browser type, device information, and date and time of access. The hosting environment maintains standard server logs recording this technical information.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
The assessment uses a small number of cookies.
- Essential cookies. These retain your answers as you move between screens and keep your session secure. The assessment cannot function without them.
- Analytics cookies. Provided by Google Analytics, these help Soltec understand how the assessment is used — for example, how many people begin and complete it, and where they stop. This information is reviewed in aggregate and is not used to identify individuals.
Most browsers allow you to control or delete cookies through their settings. Disabling essential cookies will prevent the assessment from functioning.
How We Use Your Information
Information collected through the assessment is used to administer the AI Readiness Assessment, calculate and provide assessment results, generate your assessment report, communicate with you regarding your results or requested follow-up, understand in aggregate how the assessment is used, improve Soltec’s assessment services, and maintain the security and integrity of the assessment platform.
Assessment responses are intended to evaluate organizational AI readiness and are not used to make automated decisions about individuals.
How We Share Information
Soltec does not sell personal information collected through the AI Readiness Assessment. Information may be shared with service providers that support the operation, hosting, maintenance, communication, or delivery of the assessment and its results. These providers are permitted to process information only as necessary to provide services to Soltec and subject to applicable contractual and confidentiality obligations.
Data Retention
Soltec retains assessment information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the assessment and related services, maintain appropriate business records, improve its services, and satisfy applicable legal or regulatory requirements.
Assessment submissions are ordinarily retained for 24 months from the date of completion, after which they are deleted.
Your Privacy Choices and Data Deletion
You may contact Soltec to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with your assessment. Certain information may be retained where necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, or protect Soltec’s legal rights.

Soltec may take reasonable steps to verify the identity of the individual making a privacy or deletion request before fulfilling the request.
Data Security
Soltec and its service providers use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information collected through the assessment. However, no internet-based system or method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Changes to This Notice
Soltec may update this Privacy Notice periodically to reflect changes to the assessment, its data practices, or applicable requirements. The current version will be made available through the assessment or Soltec website.
